Support Services Group
The Support Services Group is the technical and professional service department of TV Magic. SSG has a team of knowledgeable engineering consultants to support for any television facility, large or small. The professional services offered through SSG allow our customers To keep their systems up and running with one call access to maintenance, service and a team of qualified engineers.
Preventive Maintenance
The best way to avoid costly downtime and repairs is with regular routine preventative maintenance. SSG technicians thoroughly inspect each system during routine maintenance visits to detect and correct small issues before they become big ones.
System Troubleshooting
SSG technicians have experience troubleshooting a wide variety of A-V equipment and television systems. SSG will work to resolve the problem quickly and get the system back on line.
Support Agreements
SSG offers several levels of support agreements ranging from comprehensive maintenance agreements to a basic plan that provides enough coverage to handle typical service needs.
Call Center Services
SSG operates a fully staffed technical call center. SSG can provide a range of call center and help desk solutions for a variety of organizations.
