How We Started

TV Magic started from the genius of Stephen D. Rosen in 1990. Stephen formed TV Magic as a consulting company to assist broadcasters and producers facilitate the right technology choices for their operations. His vision was to create partnerships with his clients by understanding their businesses first.

In the early 1990's, Stephen met veteran engineer Gus Allmann and within months, they formed an alliance melding Stephen's business acumen and extensive operations back round with Gus's technical knowledge and engineering experience. Today TV Magic has over 85 employees and offices in San Diego, Los Angeles and Latin America.
